Registration Fee

The registration fee is in EURO (20% VAT included)

* Registration must be accompanied by a letter from his/her department's head confirming his/her status as well as a photocopy of a valid student card.
The registration fee for participants includes: Admission to all scientific sessions, abstract book, coffee breaks and lunches, welcome reception and farewell drink.
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: Welcome reception and farewell drink.
The registration fee for students includes: Admission to all scientific sessions, abstract book and farewell drink. Vouchers for lunch and refreshments will be available at the reception desk and have to be paid separately.

ECM Credits

Once again there is an E.C.M accreditation ( continuous medical education for doctors).  
21 ECM credits will be awarded to doctors and biologists and 25 ECM credits  to psychologists
who participate and complete a final exam.

Poster and Abstract Submission

Registered Delegates may submit an abstract. The abstract must be related to specific anatomical structures of the human brain. All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters, which will be displayed for the duration of the meeting. You will be asked to be present at your poster during the poster session and discussion-time of the particular subject area.  The presenter will then be available by his or her poster for more detailed discussions.

Note: Abstract submission deadline is August 15, 2004.

 IN ADDITION TO SUBMITTING THE ABSTRACT FORM.)
